We’re excited to welcome the incredibly talented Lyndall from Artisan Cheese & Cooking School to Raleigh Winery for a special afternoon celebrating the perfect pairing of wine and cheese.
With decades of experience in cheesemaking, cooking, and food education, Lyndall has become one of the Coffs Coast’s most respected names in food tourism. Her passion for artisan cheese and entertaining is infectious, and her events are always filled with laughter, stories, and plenty of delicious tasting along the way.
Set amongst the beautiful surrounds of the Raleigh Winery, this intimate experience will guide guests through matching handcrafted cheeses with carefully selected wines while learning tips, tricks, and flavour combinations you can recreate at home.
