FOX GULLY Verdelho
Winner of several Bronze awards at the Australian Small Winemakers Show, this wine is pale in colour with green tinges. Distinctive aromas of melon and apricot dominate the nose. A clean, fruit driven wine followed by a crisp finish and is particularly suited to chicken or seafood dishes.

LATE HARVEST Villard Blanc / Verdelho (semi-sweet)
White gold and honey blend with allspice and floral nose. Semi-sweet, spicy with a clean, crisp finish. A harmony of mouth-watering full flavoured fruit makes this a wine to be enjoyed both by sweet and dry wine consumers alike. Enjoy with spicy cuisine or as an accompaniment to dessert.

SPARKLING

Our handcrafted sparkling wines are all bottle fermented in the classic traditional method. This is the most delicate winemaking technique for sparkling wine resulting in a subtle individual product.

SPARKLING MOMENTS BLANC
This wine has an appealing bouquet full of lifted melon, citrus and green apple. The palate is lively and refreshing with a creamy mousse while the finish is fresh, crisp and lean. Enjoy well chilled.

SPARKLING MOMENTS ROSÉ
This wine has an alluring bouquet full of lifted strawberry, watermelon and citrus. The palate is elegant and shows a good depth of flavour and finishes crisp and clean. Enjoy well chilled.

BELLAROSA BUBBLES
This wine is bright ruby red with a distinctive cherry and blackcurrant nose. The palate shows a touch of yeast combined with unique “funky” characters of Chambourcin. A little fruit sweetness and soft tannins on the finish result in a crisp and refreshing sparkling red wine.

REDS

ROUGE ROSÉ Chambourcin (slightly sweet)
A semi-sweet Rose, cherry in colour displaying a distinctive berry nose. The palate is lively and succulent making it all too drinkable! Serve chilled for that picnic or BBQ. This wine is equally suited to any Asian dish and is an ideal wine for our climate.

CHAMBOURCIN (slightly sweet chilled red)
This wine has been made using premium Chambourcin grapes from the Raleigh Vineyard. This soft-bodied wine has fine grained tannins with scrumptious sweet spicy berry fruit. Great for barbecues, with Italian cuisine or just the pure pleasure of its great taste! Serve chilled in Summer or at room temperature in Winter. Ideal to drink now or enjoy over the next year or two.

RIVERBANK RED Chambourcin / Cab Sav (dry)
Purple-Ruby colour. Old oak with a ‘plums in port’ fruity nose and our unique regional light front palate. Delicious and spicy with subtle chewy tannins it is drinkable now but those with patience and a cellar will be amply rewarded in the mid-term.

RALEIGH RED Chambourcin / Malbec Born from the marriage of French and American grapes this hybrid grape brings earthy flavours with a peppery taste. Perfect at room temperature or gently chilled for a hot summers day. Please compliment our wine with your antipasto plate or favourite cheese.
